What is Raw Love Awakening?

I personally had a powerful healing and awakening following a change to 100% raw food. Over time I found that word 'raw' means so much more. It addresses the rawness of our thoughts, the rawness of our hearts, the peeling back of layers to find out true centre. So the name stayed. This course, however, does not promote a raw diet, but rather a wholefood plant based diet.

Programme content

Week one: Introduction and Prayer of Health

Explore your thinking around health and how to make the right choices to support optimum health. Find out about the difference between symptom fighting and health as a creation. Learn simple actions you can put into place to support your physical wellbeing.

Week two: Prayer of Food

Look at the food choices you make, what serves you, what doesn't serve you and how to fall in love with food that's good for you. Why whole plant based food is so powerful and how to get started with adding more plant foods to your diet.

Week three: Prayer of Movement

Learn why movement is so important to your wellbeing, what kind of movement is beneficial and how often and how much you should be practicing. How you can establish a short daily movement routine that's fun, strengthens your body and brightens your mind.

Week four: Prayer of Presence

What does it mean to be present and in the now. Find your own ways to enjoy meditation and turn it into a daily short practice that you can fit into even the busiest of lifestyles to help reduce stress, alleviate anxiety and reduce blood pressure. Includes the powerful One-Breath technique!

Week five: Prayer of Freedom

Go deeper into the question of freedom – yours and that of other people. What is freedom and how can you develop the skills to have awareness of freedom? How can you honour and respect your own freedom and that of others to live more in harmony with your social environment and more at peace with yourself.

Week six: Prayer of Love and Completion

Discover the love that is all around through powerful meditations and start to have your thoughts, intentions and actions come from a place of love. Discover how you are loved and how your life can be filled with a sense of love and joy from the moment you wake up to the moment you go to bed.
